Good, Easy Sci-Fi

Although this story is written at an adolescent level, it is a very good sci-fi story of imagination. The credibility of how life continues in the City of Ember is well explained and believable. This one is good for all ages and worth a listen. I liked it enough to wish that Simply Audiobooks had ALL of the books in this series.

A wonderfully creative story for adults and children alike. The author's descriptive words easily painted an image of the city in my mind. Great book for a family to listned to on a road trip.

My family and I truly enjoyed this book! The plot was amazing and the concepts unique. Younger audiences can comprehend it easily. My 9 year old loved it!

Interesting....

I thought the story was interesting and a study in what would happen if generations of people had never known the outside world. It was certainly written and read in a children's tone but entertaining nonetheless.
