im surprized this guy got published! dull and bland, couldnt even read it all, i sent it back.
I found these stories to be more than "off the wall." I thought they were very original but tedious and boring. If you look at consumer reviews on Amazon's web site, most readers give rave reviews. It must be me and my temperment.
Listening to this book is like listening to my husband watch anime on TV while I'm in another room. The overly self-conscious characters seem to have extremely adolescent dialog running through their heads. The strange sex scene seemed to have been written by someone who's never had sex but thinks about it a lot. This is an awkward book that became annoying rather fast. I never made it to the end of the book.
