Interesting read if you like reading about military subjects and/or history. Not at all practical for anyone working in a civilian organization. The Navy Seals are a small unit of very Type A people that are more motivated than most people on the planet. This is not realistic nor does it resemble in any way, the makeup of any civilian company or organization. Managing the two are entirely different animals.
This audio book was absolutely horrible! Any way I looked at - from a leadership perspective, military history perspective, to learn something about the Navy Seals, for the narration... it was just horrible.
